HostDash is a property management tool for short-term rental hosts. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is stored and protected.

We collect the minimum data necessary to make the app work. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal information in any way.

What We Collect

We collect only the following:

• Email address — used solely to create and authenticate your HostDash account. We never use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
• Property and booking data you enter — property names, addresses, iCal feed URLs, and booking records. This data belongs to you and is only used to power the app’s features.

How We Use Your Data

• Your email is used to log you in and identify your account.
• Your property and booking data is used to display information inside the app.
• We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any third-party purposes.

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely in Supabase, a managed cloud database platform. Supabase uses PostgreSQL with row-level security (RLS), which means your data is only accessible to you — even at the database level.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Supabase is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Third-Party Services

HostDash uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Netlify — web hosting
• Airbnb iCal feeds — read-only, fetched on your behalf when you sync

No data is shared with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all data
• Export your data
